North American gamers will finally get to play this by the end of this month. We've got new screens.

  AWARDS
Best Xbox Game: Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee – Microsoft

Though our time with Abe and Co. was brief, the game is coming along nicely, and every time Oddworld shows this game, they seem to add some new layer of depth to the gameplay dynamic, and for that we have to give them props. If this game continues on its trend of improvement, it will be a strong contender for Game of the Year across all platforms..

Runners Up:

Enclave – Conspiracy Entertainment

Jet Set Radio Future – Sega of America

Best Action Game
Best Action Game: Enclave – Conspiracy Entertainment

Though we didn't get to see too much of the game's multi-player component, the single-player and overall design was enough to convince us that we should expect big, big things from the crew at Starbreeze. Conspiracy's first Xbox title is looking unbelievably promising, and with a little online push, it could be one of the Xbox's most important titles in 2002.

Runners Up:

Jet Set Radio Future – Sega of America

Halo – Microsoft

Excellence in Graphics: Project Ego - Microsoft
While Oddworld was typically stunning and DOA3 left us speechless, nothing compares to the all-out visual dominance the Project Ego. This game looks absolutely incredible, and even though our exposure was somewhat limited, we have to confess that, with games like this, we're more than impressed with what developers are already pushing with the Xbox.

Runners Up:

Dead or Alive 3 – Tecmo

Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee – Microsoft
